Stage 08 – Salle – Caramanico Terme

From Salle, where the mortal remains of Blessed Robert of Salle, disciple of Pietro del Morrone, rest, we climb to the abandoned village of Salle Vecchio and the castle, then descend to the Orta River and ascend its course to the foothills of Caramanico Terme, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, which we cross in its entirety to arrive at the Park Visitor Center, the conclusion of the stage.
