From Lentella one faces the long descent in the direction of the Trigno River, which marks the border between Abruzzo and Molise; past it at the ford known as “Pietra Fracica,” one begins the ascent on the opposite side, with even challenging stretches, to the center of Montenero di Bisaccia, where the stage ends.
