Still in an intensely cultivated hilly environment, the Cammino descends from Guglionesi to the Biferno River and continuing to follow the Tratturo, always very evident, proceeds eastward halfway between Portocannone and San Martino in Pensilis, until it reaches Nuova Cliternia hamlet of Campomarino, where the shrine of the Madonna Grande is located, return to the Tratturo Magno and follow it for a long stretch until it intersects the state highway 16TER cross the bridge over the Saccione stream, which marks the border between Molise and Puglia; here, at the foot of the Montesecco, was a large trattural rest and was the place where the Tratturo Magno and the Tratturo Centurelle Montesecco met. It proceeds in ups and downs, with the last stretch of a challenging climb leading to the village of Serracapriola, down to the Fortore River, on whose right bank stood the Taverna di Civitate, a customs station where tolls were paid for crossing the river; from the Taverna, a not excessively long ascent leads to the plateau on which San Paolo di Civitate stands; leaving San Paolo di Civitate, go past the trattural chapel of the Madonna di Belmonte and, at the crossroads, take the right-hand road, which, crossing wide flat cultivated expanses, leads to the town of San Severo, where the stage ends.
