Stage 03 bike – Caramanico Terme – Guardiagrele

From Caramanico Terme go up towards Decontra skirting it, proceed to the Valle Giumentina plateau, cross it and then descend into the valley until you reach Roccamorice, continue uphill towards Passo Lanciano – Maielletta, arrived at the Hotel Panorama cross and descend on the MTB park trail 24° Panoramica, you reach Passo Lanciano from here following the SS614 you reach Pretoro until the cemetery where you turn left on a municipal road rejoining the walking path, you can visit the cave of the Hill, cross the historic center of Rapino continue to Guardiagrele crossing the C.da Santa Lucia and then via the path “La Cicona” you go up to Colle Granaro you pass the Capuchin Convent and then Guardiagrele.
