Stage 13 – Guardiagrele – Castel Frentano

From Guardiagrele, where the remains of St. Nicola Greco rest, following the same route that leads to Orsogna, with a steep descent you reach the locality Piana San Bartolomeo and go up to Piano Venna, from where you turn right and on a comfortable up-and-down road you reach c.da Melone and then Colle Spedale to then pass with panoramic views Crognaleto, go down the valley and then on a steep climb you reach Castel Frentano.
